Impact/Purpose:
The aim of this product was to track EPA ORD contributions to the AOP-Wiki over the course of the StRAP 3 period. This product provides the CSS NPD with information regarding how many adverse outcome pathway descriptions results from CSS investments in the AOP research area. They also provide some accounting for AOPs EPA contributed indirectly to as advisors, coaches, and/or editors/reviewers. These results are intended to help inform subsequent research planning and implementation within the AOP research area.
Description:
Investigators across the AOP research area are expected to contribute AOP content to the AOP-KB. This product will compile and summarize EPA contributions to the AOP-Wiki on an annual basis. Additionally, growth and connectivity of the AOP-KB as a whole, including both EPA and non-EPA contributions, will be evaluated as a metric of success for the AOP research area.
